SellerButton Terms of Service

1. About SellerButton

SellerButton is a browser extension that helps eBay sellers export supported order information into a Google Sheet selected by the user. It is a productivity tool and does not replace eBay, accounting software, inventory software, tax software, or professional business services.

2. Eligibility

If you use SellerButton on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

3. Account and third-party connections

4. Google Sheets integration

• SellerButton is not responsible for loss caused by user deletion, incorrect selection, permission changes, or Google account issues

5. User responsibilities

You agree to use SellerButton responsibly and ensure your use complies with eBay policies, Google policies, applicable laws, and business regulations.

• Do not bypass security features
• Do not reverse engineer or modify the Extension
• Do not interfere with Service operation
• Do not abuse APIs or third-party services
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

6. Accuracy of information

SellerButton helps transfer information but does not guarantee that exported information will always be complete, accurate, or error-free. Availability can depend on eBay page structure, browser behavior, third-party changes, account permissions, and technical limitations. Review exported information before relying on it.

7. Service availability

SellerButton strives to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, browser compatibility, and third-party interruptions may affect the Service. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.

8. Chrome Extension updates

SellerButton may release updates to improve performance, add features, fix bugs, and maintain compatibility. Updates may change functionality or requirements. Users are responsible for keeping the Extension updated.

9. Subscription and payments

SellerButton may offer free and paid plans. Free plans may have export, feature, or usage limitations. Paid plans may include unlimited exports, additional features, priority support, or other benefits. Pricing and plan details may change.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Users may cancel paid subscriptions through the available cancellation process. Unless required by law, payments are generally non-refundable after purchase or renewal. Contact support if you believe there is a payment issue.

11. Intellectual property

SellerButton software, branding, logos, website content, documentation, and design elements are owned by SellerButton or its licensors and may be used only for their intended purpose.

• Do not create competing products using protected materials

12. User data ownership

You retain ownership of your own business information and spreadsheet data. SellerButton does not claim ownership of your Google Sheets, exported order information, business records, or sales data. You are responsible for managing and protecting that information.

13. Third-party services

SellerButton relies on Google Sheets, Google APIs, eBay pages and services, and Chrome browser functionality. Those services are controlled by their providers. SellerButton is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, errors, or account issues.

14. eBay and Google disclaimer

SellerButton is an independent product and is not owned by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by eBay. SellerButton is not affiliated with Google LLC. Google Sheets and Google APIs are trademarks and services of Google LLC.

15. No professional advice

SellerButton provides productivity and organization tools and does not provide tax, accounting, legal, financial, or business consulting advice. You are responsible for business decisions and compliance obligations.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

SellerButton is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerButton does not guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free, that exported information will always be complete, or that the Service will meet every business requirement.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerButton is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses resulting from use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or third-party service issues.

18. Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold harmless SellerButton from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of laws or third-party policies, or use of connected accounts.
