SellerButton ("SellerButton," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users.
This Privacy Policy explains how SellerButton collects, uses, stores, protects, and handles information when you use the SellerButton Chrome Extension, website, and related services.
SellerButton helps eBay sellers export supported order information from eBay pages into a Google Sheet selected and controlled by the user. By using SellerButton, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

2. Our privacy principles
User control
You choose which Google account you connect, which spreadsheet you use, when information is exported, and what you do with exported information afterward. SellerButton does not decide how you organize your business records.
Data minimization
SellerButton only accesses information necessary to provide its intended functionality. We do not collect unnecessary personal information unrelated to exporting order information.
Transparency
We explain what information is accessed, why it is accessed, how it is used, and how users can remove access.
No data selling
SellerButton does not sell, rent, or trade user information. We do not sell user order data, spreadsheet data, browsing activity, or personal information to advertisers or third parties.
3. Information SellerButton accesses
3.1 Google account information
When you connect SellerButton with Google services, you may authorize access through Google OAuth. SellerButton uses this access only to provide the features you requested.

3.2 Google Sheets information

4. How SellerButton uses information

5. Google API Services and Limited Use disclosure

Google user data is accessed only after authorization and is limited to providing and improving the user-facing features described in this policy.

6. How information is stored
6.1 Spreadsheet storage
Exported order information is stored in the Google Sheet selected by the user. The spreadsheet belongs to and is controlled by the user's Google account and can be modified or deleted at any time. SellerButton does not claim ownership of exported information.
6.2 SellerButton storage
SellerButton may store limited technical settings required for operation, including extension preferences, configuration settings, and connection status. SellerButton does not intentionally store complete copies of exported order histories unless required for a separately disclosed feature.
7. Data sharing and disclosure
SellerButton does not sell, rent, or trade user information and does not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
7.1 Service providers
Trusted providers may assist with website hosting, infrastructure, security monitoring, error tracking, customer support, and reliability analytics. Providers are expected to process information only for legitimate business purposes with appropriate privacy and security practices.
7.2 Legal requirements
Information may be disclosed when required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or to protect rights and safety and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats.
7.3 Business transfers
If SellerButton is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of ownership, information may transfer as part of that transaction. A successor remains responsible for applicable privacy obligations.
8. Data security
SellerButton takes reasonable measures designed to protect user information, including secure authentication, trusted service providers, access controls, limited collection, security-focused development, monitoring, and maintenance. No online service can guarantee complete security.

9. Data retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
9.1 Google authorization information
Authorization information is retained only as necessary to maintain the authorized connection. Users may remove access through Google Account connected-app settings at any time.
9.2 Exported order information
SellerButton does not control retention of exported information. It remains in the selected Google Sheet until the user modifies or deletes it. Users control spreadsheet contents, sharing, deletion, and exported records.
9.3 Technical information
Limited technical information may be retained as reasonably necessary for debugging, security, service improvement, and support.
10. User rights and choices
Depending on applicable laws, users may have rights to access associated information, request deletion, remove permissions, disconnect third-party services, and stop using the Extension.
11. Disconnecting SellerButton
To disconnect Google access, open Google Account Security settings, locate connected applications, select SellerButton, and remove access. To remove the Extension, open Chrome Extensions and remove SellerButton. Removing the Extension does not automatically delete information already stored in your Google Sheet.
12. Data deletion requests
To request deletion, email support@sellerbutton.com with your name, the email address associated with your account if applicable, and a description of your request. SellerButton may request verification and will process verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
13. Cookies and tracking technologies
SellerButton may use essential website cookies, security-related technologies, and basic functionality tools. SellerButton does not use cookies or tracking technologies to create advertising profiles or sell personal information.
14. Analytics
Limited analytics may be used to understand website performance, error rates, general feature usage, and technical issues. Analytics improve reliability and user experience and are not used to identify individual users for advertising.
15. Children's privacy
SellerButton is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the minimum age required by applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
16. International users
SellerButton may be accessed from different countries. Users acknowledge that information may be processed as described in this policy and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
17. Third-party services
SellerButton integrates with Google Sheets, Google APIs, and eBay webpages. These services are operated by their respective providers. SellerButton does not control their privacy or security practices; users should review third-party policies.
18. eBay and Google relationship disclosure
SellerButton is independent and is not owned, operated, endorsed, or sponsored by eBay. SellerButton is not affiliated with Google LLC. Google Sheets and Google APIs remain subject to Google's own terms and policies.
19. Changes to this Privacy Policy
SellerButton may update this policy. The effective date will be revised, important changes may be communicated through the website or Service, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy. Review this page periodically.
