SellerButton Data Deletion Policy

SellerButton respects your right to control your information. This policy explains how users can request deletion of information associated with the SellerButton Chrome Extension, website, and related services.
SellerButton is designed to minimize unnecessary data collection and give users control over connected Google Sheets and exported order records.
1. Overview
SellerButton helps eBay sellers export supported order information into a Google Sheet selected by the user. Much of the information remains directly controlled by the user through their Google account, selected Google Sheet, browser, and Chrome Extension settings. Users may remove associated information at any time using the methods below.

- Extension-related settings
- User configuration information
- Google connection information
- Support-related information
- Other information associated with your use of SellerButton
3. Google Sheets data
Exported information is stored in the user's own Google account. SellerButton does not own, control, or manage user-created spreadsheet contents.
- Open your connected Google Sheet
- Select the information you want removed
- Delete the relevant rows, sheets, or spreadsheet
- Empty the trash if permanent deletion is desired
4. Removing Google Account access
Open Google Account settings, navigate to Security, open connected third-party applications, locate SellerButton, and remove access. SellerButton will no longer be able to access authorized Google services. Removing access does not delete information already stored in your Google Sheet.
5. Removing Extension data
Open Chrome Extensions, find SellerButton, and select Remove. You may also clear browser extension data through Chrome settings.

7. Information required for deletion requests
To protect privacy and prevent unauthorized requests, we may request verification.
- Your name
- Email address associated with your request
- Description of the information you want deleted
- Additional verification information if necessary
8. Processing deletion requests
SellerButton reviews and processes valid requests within a reasonable timeframe. Requests may be delayed to verify identity, complete security checks, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain required records.
9. Information that may be retained
Limited information may be retained when required or permitted by law for legal compliance, security protection, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Retention lasts only as reasonably necessary.
10. Backups and technical systems
Information may temporarily remain in technical backups or system records. Deleted information is removed from active systems where applicable, while backups are cleared through normal system processes.
11. User responsibility for third-party data
Users are responsible for information stored in third-party services they control, including Google Sheets, Google accounts, eBay accounts, and other connected services. SellerButton cannot delete information stored entirely in third-party systems.
12. Changes to this policy
SellerButton may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Review this page periodically.
